At SS Golf and Accessories, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. Each order is carefully processed, packed, and shipped with attention to detail.

Because our products are sourced, prepared, and fulfilled specifically for each customer, all sales are final once an order has been placedHowever, we do offer Refunds for specific cases. 

Returns

We do not accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordered the wrong item
  • Wrong size, colour, or style selected
  • No longer needing the product
  • Delayed shipping outside of our control
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Minor product differences caused by lighting, screen settings, or supplier manufacturing variations

Please review all product details, sizing, photos, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Refunds

Refunds are only considered if your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect due to an error on our end

To request a review, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with:

  2. Clear photos or videos of the issue
  3. A photo of the packaging and shipping label

Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will review the evidence provided. If approved, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • Store credit
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund is only available when required and approved

We reserve the right to deny claims if the item appears to have been used, altered, mishandled, damaged after delivery, or if there is not enough evidence to confirm the issue.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed, as processing may begin immediately after checkout.

Please make sure all shipping information, product selections, and order details are correct before completing your purchase.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, or circumstances outside of our control.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.

Final Sale Items

All items are considered final sale, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
